"YEAH I'LL LEAD!"
Hazo shouted with laughter while pointing his thumb to his chest. "There is nothing I would like to do more than to boss folks around. But the rebellion desires a new reign. One based on acceptance. So people like you won't be burned at the stake."
"Oh sorry, I was quite loud -- I don't want to wake up your guests...I'll be taking off. I think it's safe. I'm Hazo, I'll see you around!" With a wink, the Gnome peered out of the window. Before moving to the door. He looked back at this new 'friend'.
"I owe you one. Remember my name, I may be the new king one day" Hazo laughed, obviously being facetious.
He moved out of Oasis, unsure what the future will bring.

The yell was enough to make Al-Hyuma flinch, having gotten used to the quietness of the night. One thing became quite apparent: this gnome was not taking things very seriously. Or he was insane. One of the two โ or both, seeing that he did want to be a rebel! Al-Hyuma just shook his head, knowing he was fighting a battle he couldn't win. "Fine, fine, do whatever you want," he just sighed, giving dismissive waves at the rebel to bid him farewell and usher him through the door faster, not even looking in the gnome's direction anymore. Surely this would be the first and only time he'd ever have to come face to face with a rebel!
Al-Hyuma did weigh the gold coins left behind on his hand, and tapped them against the counter. He wasn't going to trust them to be real that easily! And, well, perhaps it was a way to waste time before he had to go and clean the kitchen againโฆ
Why couldn't he have an easy night shift for a change?
